Brothers and sisters in Christ,

"Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand in the evil day, and having done all to stand. STAND!..." (Eph.6:10-20) "The Spirit expressly says that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons." (1.Tim.4:1) The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itchy ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables." (2.Tim.3:3-4)

Church, this is happening all around us! Guard your heart and your mind! Recently, we have had individuals contact us desiring to be removed from the newsletter. One individual said, "You have too much Scripture...you're wasting your time and mine!" DANGER!! Friends this makes me shutter inside!

Recently, someone who has walked with us for years, denied the faith. They had been involved in street ministry, even preaching on the street and in the subway. They said, they do not believe the Bible any more. They have denied the Lord Jesus and now literally embrace "doctrines of demons". My heart aches. I think of the words of the Apostle Paul when he wrote, "Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world." (2.Tim.3:10)

The Apostle John wrote, "Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us...Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." (1.John 2:18-23)

WATCH & PRAY: Peter reminds us, "The end of all things is at hand: therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers!" (1.Peter 4:7) Pray that the Lord would strengthen His people with the power of His might. (Eph.3:14-21) Pray for discernment among His people. (Phil.1:9-11) Pray that the Word of God would be glorified and that it would bear fruit that remains for His glory! (2.Thess.3:1) Pray for godly sorrow that works repentance in hearts! (2.Cor.7:10) Pray that lost souls be truly born again of the Holy Spirit! (John 3) Pray that Christ be formed in the Church! (Gal.4:19)PRAY: "That in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever! AMEN!" (1.Peter 4:11)

PRAY FOR US!! We need His strength and boldness! Without Christ Jesus we can do nothing! Pray for wisdom as we seek to win souls. "Let Your work appear to Your servants, and Your glory to their children...Let the beauty of the LORD be upon us, and establish the work of our hands for us! Yes, establish the work of our hands!" (Psalm 90:16-17)

THANK YOU for standing with us in prayer!!!! "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit!!" (Romans 15:13)

We love you and thank the Lord for you!
Keep Burning 4 the Glory of the Lord Jesus!
Brother Jeff
Jude 20-25
Brothers and sisters in Christ,

Praise the Lord for a new year to live for the glory of the Lord Jesus! Every day we are drawing closer to the coming of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ! May we draw near to Him every day more than the day before! May we love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength! May we do all that we do for the glory of the Lord Jesus!

We thank the Lord for you and that you are standing with us in prayer! PLEASE continue to PRAY that the Word of God would be glorified and bring forth fruit in the Bronx! (2.Thess.3:1) As I was out this past week, I was reminded of the serious need of the hour with live in. We must redeem the time, for the days are evil. (Eph.5:16)

On Friday I was going to visit a brother in Christ. As I entered the building, there was a man in the lobby. I said, "Hello" to the man, and handed him a gospel tract. We began to talk. He asked some questions about the Bible and about Jesus. I actually took out my Bible and began sharing with Him. Suddenly he snapped! He started cursing and saying! He said, "We don not want that Jesus _____ in this building! This building does not belong to Jesus!" I said, "Sir, Jesus loves you and He died for you!" Then I started over toward the elevator. There was an older lady who had come in the building. I said, "Jesus loves you ma'm, and went to hand her a tract. The man came over and smacked my hand and knocked the tract to the floor. He started yelling, "We don't want Jesus is this building!" Then he put the "caution! wet floor" cone in front of the elevator, and yelled "Your not going any where in this building!" He put his hand in his coat pocket, began to yell "Get out of here with your ______ Jesus!!" I was reminded of the words of Christ, "Whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet...You will be hated by all for My name's sake."(Matt.10:14-28) We must shake the dust off and press on for the glory of the Lord! As I walked down the sidewalk there was a man walking up. I handed him a gospel tract and said "Sir Jesus loves you and He died for you!" The man from the building began yelling out the door, don't take that Jesus ______"

Interesting! This little incident actually stirred my heart with the urgency of the time! The enemy knows his time is short, and he is still seeking to steal, kill, and destroy. (Rev.12:7-12, 1.Peter.5:8-11) I was reminded vividly that the enemy does not want people to hear the good news of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Also, I was reminded that the enemy makes war on the saints. The enemy loves to isolate and discourage the people of God, he does not want the people of God to be encouraged. Interesting that all this happened when I was on my way to encourage a brother in the Lord.

O my Brother, my sister in Christ: "Be strong and of good courage! Do not be afraid! Do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go!" (Joshua 1:9)

Please pray for the outreach ministry this week. We need the Lord to open blind eyes and turn hearts from darkness to light, from the power of satan to God that they may know forgiveness of sin, by faith in the Lord Jesus!! (Acts 26:16-18)

Please Pray for the Church to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might! (Eph.6:10-20) Pray that we would be sanctified by the truth of the Word. We are called to be holy as He who called us is holy! (1.Thess.4:3-8, 1.Peter.1:13-19) Pray that Christ Jesus would be glorified in His church + continue to add to the church those being saved! (Acts 2:41-47)

It is a joy to know that we stand together in Christ for His glory and praise! Thank you! "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit!...that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We love you and thank the Lord for you!

FAN THE FLAMES~~~\O/~~~PRAISE AND PRAYER
"WILL YOU NOT REVIVE US AGAIN, THAT YOUR PEOPLE MAY REJOICE IN YOU!" Psalm 86:5

Carriers of the Flame,

Glory to Jesus, the name above all names! The King of all kings! The Lord of all lords! The Light of the world Who came to seek and to save that which was lost! To save me! To save you! We were dead in our tresspasses and sin. We were without hope and without God in this world. (Eph 2:5,12) We were not only once in darkness, we "were darkness" (Eph.5:8), but Hallelujah for the word of God forever settled in Heaven! (Ps.119:89) The promise of the Birth of the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world was prolaimed through the prophet Isaiah around 742 BC. "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a Light has shined! You have...increased its joy!...For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace!" (Isaiah 9:2-7) This is the very Good News of great joy brought by an angel to the shepeherds 2014 years ago! "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you in the city of David a Savior, Who is Christ the Lord!"...And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men." (Luke 2:10-14) When the shepherds who sat in darkness, watching there flocks by night, saw the great light of the Glory of God in the the face of Jesus Christ, they could not keep silent! They could not keep the Good News to themselves! They spread the Good News wherever they went! The Light of the world, lit up their hearts, and they "returned glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen as it was told to them!" (Luke 2:20)

"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light!" (1.Peter 2:9)

PRAISE THE LORD~\o/~Recently we were on the street spreading the Good news of Jesus. A young man stopped by the table, and was staring at the Bibles. I shared with him that they were free. I asked him if he had received Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He said, "In my dreams." He told me that he had been having dreams about Jesus. The Lord had prepared this young man! I opened the Bible and began to share the Gospel with him. He said that he needed Jesus to forgive him and save him. Right there, he called on the name of Lord Jesus! Praise the Lord!

I met two young people at the bus stop in Hunts Point from Queens. They were on their way home from school. They told me it takes them 2 hours to get from their home to school every day by train. We began talking about Jesus! They had been in a church but were not born again. They were not sure if they were on there way to heaven. We were able to open the Word and share the Good News! "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God!" (1.John 5:12-13) They both said that they needed Jesus to save them from their sin. Right there at the bus stop they called on Jesus to save them! Praise the Lord!!

God has divine appointments for us to share Jesus with people as we go through our days! Pray that the Lord will open doors for the Word of God and that He will open the eyes of the hearts to the God of the Word! We must Redeem the time!

PLEASE PRAY~\o/~We are noticing more and more the fulfilling of Psalm 2. So many hearts are blinded by satan and rebellious against the Lord. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today, and forever! (Hebrews 13:8) He is mighty to save! "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!" (Romans 10:13) Pray that the Lord would move upon hearts with convition over sin. Pray for brokenness! Pray for godly sorrow that will work repentance leading to salvation. (2.Corinthians 7:10)

Pray for the church to be hungry and thirsty for righteousness! (Matthew 5:6) Pray that in all things, Christ Jesus would be first in our lives. (Colossians 1:9-18) May we be a people who truly Love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength + love our neighbor as ourselves. (Mark 12:29-31) May we live to the praise of His glory! (Ephesians 1:2-12)

THANK YOU!! It is so encouraging to our hearts to know that you are standing with us in prayer! Thank you for your love and support! Please continue to pray for us! How we need the wisdom and strength that only Christ Jesus can give! May the Lord be glorified!!

Keep Burning & Shining 4 Jesus!!
Till we see His face!!
